What he's saying is we don't know which cheat you're using. EFT for an example lets you select which body part you want the aimbot to aim to. Each cheat is different. If you told us which cheat you were using we could actually answer your question.

love it when ppl assume we'r all mind readers and just by default knows what cheat ppl are useing, makes it so easy to answer ppls question.....

Is it possible for the aimbot to target the body only? or maybe switch between head and body to keep the headshots a little low. Otherwise is pretty obvious that you are hacking and i like to play a little lowkey
