Where's that quote? Because the 2080 can only get 60-80 FPS on 4k ultra when most monitors are now well above that and can refresh at a much higher rate. It's worthless buying a 4k monitor over 60hz then. 1440p is the new 1080p because 4k just isn't there yet - I mean it is if you like low graphics.

Yeah the speedhack speeds up the client side time which are why people appear to move quicker, time goes by quicker but only for you etc. As for the scopes, this post explains it:

Yo. I liked my old config from patch 0.8. I haven't played in a while due to the recent detections but just play around with the settings and stick with what you find best. I'd say keep aimbot speed always above 0.07 as I found anything below was really dodgy, aim for the head, ESP is all subjective.
