Not likely but it have happend before back when they banned everyone for patching their windows to be able to run cheat drivers for example. Doesnt matter if you used cheat on the account or not if you logged into ur accounts with the patched windows you got flagged. If you wanna go the extra mile to be safer you should have a dual boot for ur cheating account.

Just record a demo and record the video from the demo without the cheat.

Yes our cheats get updated frequently when needed. We got something called VAC Guard which disables the cheat if there is an VAC update to prevent bans. If you take a screenshot urself there will be cheats on the screen. VAC does not take screenshots so there is no need for a screen cleaner. If you record a demo there wont be cheats showing but you can still get caught if you play obvious with wallhack like in any game while recording. If you purchase you get access to the VIP forum which is what your paying for. You will also recieve the hack of ur choice (the one you choose when you purchased) in ur case the CSGO Hack. CSGO V3 (Main cheat) together with the CSGO Lite (ESP only).

If your're just going to learn coding just to be able to make game hacks ur not doing it right or for the right reasons. It needs to be deeper then that to get enough motivation to learn because it aint easy and not for everybody. I dont do any coding personally but if you still want to learn there are many e-books/guides you can find online that could help you getting started understanding the basics of coding. Once you learned the basics you could move on to personal projects such as learning how to do game hacking i guess. Best of luck to you even though my post wasn't that helpful but just me telling my personal opinion.
