It does not make you invisible!

I think any vpn is enough for this purpose. I personally use nordvpn.

there might be exceptions, but if you think about it it would be stupid to ban ip's.

VPN is usually not necessary to avoid bans since i dont know any game who bans your ip.

New pc will definitely do that yes.
You dont get banned in other eac games, they usually dont do cross bans.
