We can only assume that you paid by e-check since you have not been activated yet. E-check takes 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday are business days). Paying via paypal is all automatic; once the funds has been fully received as in there is nothing being held by paypal or your bank, your account will automatically become VIP.

What method of payment did you do? If you paid with a paypal e-check it will take 3-5 business days for it to be verified and you'll receive VIP Forum access. If you paid by credit, it usually instant, but could take up to 24+ hours. If you paid by bitcoin, you'll need to provide the transaction id of the bitpay.

Basically you're asking in lay-man terms; You want to know why someone cheats, and what does a person get from it? There are different types of people who cheat: 1. Those who want to troll, and just rage hack. They are entertained by the fact that people are getting angry. 2. Those who good, but want to play on a higher skill level, and use cheats to compensate that lack of skill. 3. Players aren't very good, but want the praise of being good ; the feeling of being "stronger" than the opponents. 4. On some rare cases, people with physical handicaps will use cheats to give them a even playing field against the opponents. It allows them to enjoy the game on the same level as non-handicap players.

No reason to be rude. OmgImGay is correct. It will only work on 64bit computers. I would also recommend switching to a newer OS; Vista or higher. Windows XP is no longer supported by Microsoft, and there are a lot of vulnerability in that OS that will no longer be patched which will leave your computer very vulnerable.
