I'm trying to get something from the shop but i don't own a credit card (never really needed one so don't own one) and if i want to pay via phone with googlepay i just get error messages. So i'm just searching for a way to either get to the resellers shop or maybe a troubleshooting what i do wrong, without opening a support ticket.
