WRG
So on the home page of the site it shows the following advertising the shoutbox as a method of getting "support"... But then immediately contradicts itself in the shoutbox rules... I honestly doubt anyone actually reads the home page but it might still benefit to change one or the other so that they match just to avoid confusion and unnecessary infractions. No idea why I found this, was just looking around the site because I've never actually read the home page.
Antii
New people may read this as a beat to ensure that if they need help then they can get it easily. This page is usually the first page that a new person will see so maybe it is a little important.
Uckerfay
I believe this is a case of misunderstanding. I believe the "no support" relates only to users trying to find support through the shoutbox. and not to the other routes that one may find support through. Nijo
You can ask for support and answers to your questions in the shoutbox, however you are not guaranteed to get answers, since we don't primarily give it there. Hope this clears it out.
sofly1911
Shoutbox is more of like quick things that other customers might be able to help you out with. If you actually need support for an actual issue you make a support ticket.
