brooklynboy02
Any of ya'll getting the new 20 series? I think I'm definitely going to get the 2080ti but I'm going to need to do a huge set-up overhaul. Anyone recommend a specific 4k monitor? I know I'm going to need one to even take advantage of the new cards.
Chad
What? The new cards advantage is raytracing not them being able to push higher frames. I'll buy one for the tech but I'm still not switching to 4k.
ENGAGE
yeah the stats were all in relation to ray -tracing. Not FPS boost/performance. Another marketing ploy. Be careful.

Where's that quote? Because the 2080 can only get 60-80 FPS on 4k ultra when most monitors are now well above that and can refresh at a much higher rate. It's worthless buying a 4k monitor over 60hz then. 1440p is the new 1080p because 4k just isn't there yet - I mean it is if you like low graphics.
