afaik you can only start the client from a usb stick. So i guess you have to get one

i never bought windows, i always activated it with unlocker tools, just do a little research. But as far as i know it isnt that expensive. Some Key Sites sell the key for like 20€ or less
But maybe someone else has a better solution for you, i activated and upgraded to win 10 long ago
oh and as far as i know the devs are trying to implement win 7 support..

Escape from Tarkov should be nice.. its not perfect at the moment but Chod keeps updating and improving it (:

@SawThemEyes I personally use the cheat for Call of duty and escape from tarkov and they are both good. But eft cheat is getting reworked at the moment. I dont know what games you like except rust
