Well you do need to run the cheat and inject it, but no there's not really any requirements.

Though if you've had any cheats that have disabled DEP then you will need to enable it again

There's not really anything to install.

Though you do need a USB you can put the cheats on.

i buy cheat. i download the launcher, admin reset my hwid, then i trying to load cheat and when i am log-in i see the message Yur HWID was resetted and u need to ask admin to reset our hwid and this is all time. what to do?

We've been hit by VAC so purchasing any VAC game has been disabled for now.

When I was recently using the cheat the "auto-pistol" function was unclear to me, I thought that it would automatically shoot the pistol if I held down mouse-1 but it didn't.

It does work right now, though you can't purchase right now.
