I just bought one from smurfuniverse and played two matches with blatant rage cheaters. The matches were basically HvH and it was not fun at all. If you want a 0 win smurf with no medals to semi-rage on, those sites or G2A you can do cheaper. I think the 400 wins and medal deserve the extra $5 though I boost them from scratch and it takes a long time.
