cant change server cuz its stuck after i open the client. cant even get to the change server screen

Yes it did yesterday it worked fine with london servers but today when i changed it bugged out

I switched from london uk to singapore and now its stuck there ive tried downloading client over 5 times tried restarting pc/router nothing works.
