Are you sure you are using Internet Explorer, because the described thing happens if you run the cheat from Microsoft Edge or any other browser (Mozilla Firefox, Opera, Chrome...), so do not try to run the cheat from any of the unsupported browsers as it will not work. Try to run Internet Explorer in administrator mode and check stuff in Silverlight control panel.
