I have the same issue but apparently, it's down to a discord overlay problem due to the discord update on 20th Sept all games affected

Ok all sorted! found out I had to turn my resolution down from 3840 x 2160 4K to 1920 x 1080 and got frame rate back, not sure why I had to do this? as it worked well in 4K before!

Framerate is 30 fps.

I notice that the frame rates in hunt showdown as dropped dramatically after the update. normal play on fps 120 but is now down to 30fps even after turning down graphics
