No Clip wouldnt allow you to interact as the purpose of it is to be able to move in any direction through anything as a ghostly figure. You arent suppose to be able to interact, its good for seeing what is going on and returning to your character in a second

I am unsure if you ever got a response, but I encountered this issue too, it is a simple fix, dont click out of the game. When the game loads usually I go to my browser, discord, youtube etc. Clicking out of the application can cause problems. Click on dbd and keep your mouse inside of it until the process has finished and the program loads.
