Is there anyway to know when hunt will be back online? And if so, where in the forums can you learn about it?

Looks like you just gotta wait, there's never an answer because nobody actually knows. I check everyday, just come back tomorrow and hope.

What does it mean when a cheat is disabled? And will it be back up?
