Changing your ip adress bypass 100% ip ban im not sure got ip or hwid ban or both and can i play other EAC games if i am banned on dbd i dont want pay for vpn services

if i am hwid banned from eac on my pc when i make an new account on that pc and play on another pc with that account wil be hwid banned again or do i have to make an new account on a new pc ? for that specific game?

So as the titel says how to bypass Dbd/EAC hwid ban without use a spoofer a new pc Will do this ? Change ip Mac adresses everything and when you hwid banned fir dbd you wil also banned for other EAC games ?
