Its like car insurance. You don't insure a new driver without safeguards. -
I think at some point everyone has gotten ill from consuming cheese. I have fallen fowl of many a bad cheese until the day I discovered Chods. I finally have a cheese provider I trust, I only buy my cheese from chods!
