Apart from when it really doesn't work and aims to the left or right of the target, completely missing, i just turn it off and wait, do without it for a while then turn it back on.

nah bro, aim yourself, dont completely rely on the cheat to do all the work for you. you need to look around and aim too, you have esp to shoot through the stairs.
