How long is "a long ficking time ago" to you? Because I did it I'm 2 raids ~1 month ago. If you're talking about the skill fatigue update that didn't fix this.

You're confused. It has absolutely nothing to do with item values.  

Thermals and Night vision goggles specifically are not allowed in the container. If it was worth 1 rouble it still wouldn't fit.
