The key spawns on Shoreline in the resort's gym basement area next to a laptop.

I bought this service mainly to get the arsenal key on shoreline but it doesnt show up in filter list, was just curious if the arsenal key and arsenal storage key were added to the loot list?

has anyone else farmed these? best way to get keys?
