So, no hardware or software changes. I try to boot up my pc and the BIOS appears to work fine, but as soon as it starts to try to load Windows, it goes to a black screen (and never comes off of it). I can't even boot in safe mode because if I try, I get the same black screen before I can even choose which safe mode to use. Any suggestions? I can't try to boot/fix using a cd or flash drive until I can buy one big enough to fit in Windows onto it.
