It depends on what hacks you use, I use just ESP on it's own. If you use a hack such as aimbot and make it "humanized" it's possible that you could be reported and be put on overwatch and get a manual ban.
CS:GO hacks are not "detected" by VAC (Apart from fly), the chance of you getting banned by overwatch is high if you make it obvious.
