lol, there are plenty more providers, some of them are alive since BE was added and never DT. Couple are detected once, and then a lot of which getting detected almost everytime. Its not over, just need to choose provider, but those cheats are more expensive. Approx 100 a month.
And having used a fair share of those too they still get detected and have banwaves. As the mod said it's a game of cat and mice. Be prepared to have money to shill over for new accounts every once in a while.
