Why you think you would be good for this position: Mature, level headed, calm, professional.
Anything else: I spent 4 years in the army and 6 years in customer service prior to getting my degree and moving into software development. Nothing can be said that will offend me or make me act in an unprofessional manner. I believe my experience in customer service will also be beneficial when dealing with customers.
