Why not just make the cheat esp only and if you want something more than have another way to purchase one with more cheats on it, just make it so that the people who wont abuse the cheats can use them and not let other people ruin it for the ones who just want to play casually. The idiots who use all the cheats that cause the hack should have to pay more for that kind of thing but for the people who only want esp then make an separate option for it, that just my personal opinion.
