Wanting to get back into hunt showdown but cheat shave been disabled for weeks now

Any news/problems? is it coming back?

What kind of Ban does tarkov give you if they catch you? IP? HWID? Or just an account ban? You think if I buy another account to cheat on my original will get banned if the new one does also? Thanks!
