Its hard to rage and not get kicked without name stealer. How do you rage without getting kicked?

For example: I dont play mm for 24 hours and then rage like 10 games in casual and then wait another 24 hours and play mm. Is that safe or will i get banned? i want to reach prime as fast as possible.
