Chods doesn't accept officially paypal, only Bitcoin, skins or credit card. But if you want to buy with PayPal, you need to contact a reseller. As far as I know there are no resellers selling the Stream Proof Version as it would only result in profit in the long run, but not that many users are interested in the Stream Proof version.
