Hello I purchased the DBD subscription and for the payment method I used the blockchain ETHER. There was no information about the network so I used the network called "OPTIMISM". After sending the money, nothing happened even tho on the payment from my side it was successful. It's been 1 hour since I transferred the funds and the website shows that no funds have been received. I put the right address of course.
