I am experiencing the same situation. However, instead of asking all the necessary questions at once to solve the problem, they break them down and ask them multiple times. It also takes too long to get answers to these questions. I was so frustrated that I gave up on getting this problem resolved. In my opinion, the manager seems to lack the will to resolve this issue.
