How can I unlock write protected usb?

I can't write files on my USB or even when I try to Format my USB I can't do anything.
I tried fixing it myself according to YouTube by using the "attributes disk clear readonly" command in CMD and it didn't fix it. I ran the Client on my USB. 😭
