Live product status now shown prominently on every product page

When a product is updating, paused, in maintenance, or offline, you'll now see a clear status banner near the top of its page with the public note from the dev team and the time it's been in that state.

Active license time is extended automatically for the duration of any downtime — your 30-day key will get a credit added equal to whatever time the product spent unavailable.

Support bot now replies once per ticket, hands off to humans

When you open a ticket, our automated assistant looks at it first and replies with relevant info pulled from our guides — usually within a minute of submission. Once a human staff member is involved, the bot stays out of the conversation.

If the bot can't help (uncommon question, abuse / hate detection, or a moderation flag), it stays silent and your ticket goes straight to a human reviewer.

When a guide exists for a specific product, links to 'setup help' on that product's page now go directly to the relevant guide instead of the generic /guides index. There's also a prominent 'Read the {Product} setup guide →' link near the See pricing CTA.

Link a support ticket to a specific license

When opening a ticket from your account, you can now select which license the ticket relates to from a dropdown. This skips the back-and-forth of 'which product are you talking about?' and helps us solve issues faster.

Logged-in customers see the dropdown both in the dashboard ticket form and on the public /support contact page.
