On any paid order in your account, click Request refund to submit a request directly. Our team reviews each one and you'll see the decision on the same order page (and by email when we add notifications).

If approved, the refund processes through Stripe automatically and lands back on your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

When a product is updating, paused, in maintenance, or offline, you'll now see a clear status banner near the top of its page with the public note from the dev team and the time it's been in that state.

Active license time is extended automatically for the duration of any downtime — your 30-day key will get a credit added equal to whatever time the product spent unavailable.

Support bot now replies once per ticket, hands off to humans

When you open a ticket, our automated assistant looks at it first and replies with relevant info pulled from our guides — usually within a minute of submission. Once a human staff member is involved, the bot stays out of the conversation.

If the bot can't help (uncommon question, abuse / hate detection, or a moderation flag), it stays silent and your ticket goes straight to a human reviewer.
