Resellers can now subscribe their own systems to events on their account. Today the only event is key.assigned (fires whenever you assign a license key to a customer email), but the framework is in place to add more.

Configure under Reseller → Webhooks. Each webhook gets its own HMAC signing secret; we POST a JSON body with X-CC-Signature header so you can verify it's us. Failed deliveries retry up to 5 times with exponential backoff.

The keys index now has a search box (key fragment), state filter (unused / assigned / used / revoked), and product filter — all preserved through pagination.

Export CSV mirrors the active filter, so 'export the unused DBD keys I have left' is one click. One-click copy on every key, plus inline assign-to-customer-email forms.

The Generate keys form now shows a live cost preview as you change the variant or quantity — including your discount, total, and remaining balance after — so you'll never hit 'insufficient balance' as a post-submit surprise.

When a product is updating, paused, in maintenance, or offline, you'll now see a clear status banner near the top of its page with the public note from the dev team and the time it's been in that state.

Active license time is extended automatically for the duration of any downtime — your 30-day key will get a credit added equal to whatever time the product spent unavailable.

When you open a ticket, our automated assistant looks at it first and replies with relevant info pulled from our guides — usually within a minute of submission. Once a human staff member is involved, the bot stays out of the conversation.

If the bot can't help (uncommon question, abuse / hate detection, or a moderation flag), it stays silent and your ticket goes straight to a human reviewer.
