Yes, you can switch durations at any time. For example, if you bought the 24-hour trial to test the product, you can purchase a 3–7 day variant straight after — you don't need to wait for it to expire.

This status means the game recently received an update and we need to update the product on our end. This can take anywhere from a couple of minutes to a few hours. We can't give an exact time — every patch is different and it's impossible to predict — so please check the status page for the latest information.

Refunds follow our refund policy. We aim to be reasonable but cannot guarantee refunds once a key has been delivered and used. We also don't offer refunds for the most common excuses such as "I don't like cheating in this game" or "I got bored cheating in this game" etc.

All licences bought from us are activated instantly on the account once the payment goes through. If you wish to gift someone a subscription, please use an alternative payment method — for example, asking the recipient to start a PayPal purchase and paying for it yourself, or sending the required amount to their balance. Yes — but we can't stress this enough: please check the current status before you purchase. Most updates are quick, sometimes under an hour, but if you want to use it right after purchase, it's best to check first.

Please open a ticket and state which product it's about, describing the issue as clearly as you can with context — for example, “this should have happened, but instead this happened.” Include your platform (Steam, Epic, Windows Store, or the game's own launcher if applicable).

The product is locked to one computer at a time. You get one free unlock per month; if you've already used it, you'll need to purchase a paid reset from the store. If you're using a spoofer, make sure you lock the correct HWID (spoofed or original), otherwise you'll be prompted for HWID resets regularly.
