"24/7" support, that never exist here

Hey i know im "new" here cause i forgot my password on my old account @mafiaboss2901 but now i have this account back, im a customer since 2019 with many pauses but now im sad from Chods cause the support cant answer me back whilst i have a problem with some software here, i know that the 24/7 support never can be on a site but when u didnt get any answer whats the status about my problem is then u know u have to change the provider, i asked a reseller (that i know very good) from another provider about my problem he cant solve it but i got a good offer.

Giving money since 2019 and didnt get some help that solves my problems is sad, very sad...

24/7 dosent mean that we sit here waiting just for your ticket, we are providing support to alot of users and we are not gonna stop helping someone cuz you make a ticket.

when its your turn in line we will get to you, if you didnt make a ticket then do so.
