    • Replacement shipments: we will only replace undelivered items if you chose tracked & signed/signed delivery. Other options are not covered as we have no way of verifying whether it was actually delivered or not.
    • Non-functioning/damaged: damaged items may be replaced at our discrepancy depending on the type of damage. Cosmetic damage to casings or exterior of items is not covered.
    • Delivery times: shipments are sent as soon as possible, not in batches. The delivery times we show are estimates and not guarantees, while we endevour to ensure your order arrives on time, this is not always possible.
    • Proof of delivery: if requested we can provide proof of delivery.
