You have to wait for the injection. Set the injection timer to 100 seconds. Starte the game and then WAIT 3 minutes. Than it shoud go.

Unfortunately I have small problems with the program. It starts normally, but the game performance breaks down very badly. In addition, it lags for 1-2 seconds in some places every 1-2 minutes. Without cheats I have 144fps with cheats 60-80 with very large lags. Dystem: i7 9700K @ 5GHZ 16GB DDR4 3600 CL 14 14 14 34 RX 5700 XT Thought at first it was because of overclocking, but without overclocking it's worse. Is that normal?
