Due to some changes all users hwid's need a reset. You can do a reset in the member area! If you have no warning in the client you do not have to do a reset!

Something is wrong with my ID

I renew chods late (7/1, when my expire date is 5/1). I had paid 9,99GB for 1 month but when I open chods, it say "you need to be in the "Customer" usergroup to access the client" . Then I receive an email message from OmgImGay said that my ID have some problem. What's wrong? And what should I do now? Thank you
