What did you pay with?

If you paid with bitcoin then PM me the invoice URL and what subscription.

If paypal the PM me with the transaction ID and I*ll take a look.

e-checks takes up to 5 business days if I remember correctly.

Generally the only things that can take hours in terms of support are things that can only be handled by admins. This is usually just Bitcoin activations and HWID resets. I'd like to think the rest of our support is pretty fast, and on top of that we do have an outstanding community that will help with whatever they can.

I already edited my post to say can because this case didn't take hours. pls no del
