I apologize, I have no desire to have multiple accounts and will happily delete one now that I am aware of that. I just want to successfully purchase your service and I'm having trouble. 

 

I do not see any support request in the support section. To what are you referring? I'd be happy to provide any information or work with your support to make this purchase. Thanks.

I'm sorry.. I don't understand what that means. I'm entering my card information directly. What can I do to make this payment go through? I feel like I've tried everything. 

 

Is there a number I can call? Or... Literally anything? :/ I just don't understand why it won't work on any device with any payment method.

 

As an added example, my brother purchased this service for himself successfully. Using the same computer, wifi, and card number, he tried purchasing this service for me and it was denied.
